Policy

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If a client does not give a 24 hour notice before their appointment, a cancellation fee (amount at the discretion of the stylist) will have to be paid before a reschedule can be made. We have implemented this policy to ensure we can better serve our clienteles needs. Thank you for your understanding.
